The Entrepreneurial Talent Traits Into Action Tool invites you to provide examples of these characteristics. You can refer to your personal stories, your friends’ behaviours or imagine situations which can illustrate the aforementioned characteristics.
The Peer-evaluation Guide on Students’ Entrepreneurial Talent Characteristics represents an instrument co-created by CoTalent teachers and students, in order to help students to spot their colleagues/ class mates with above average entrepreneurial capacities. The Entrepreneurial characteristics were formulated based on literature review and have been tested and validated. This tool is structured as a nomination guide-list and serves the purpose of screening to an entire class of students.
The Self-evaluation guide on Entrepreneurial Talent Characteristics represents an instrument co-created in the frame of CoTalent project, YouSpotter task group, in order to help students to better appreciate their entrepreneurial capacities and their potential on entrepreneurial capital. The entrepreneurial characteristics, attitudes and behaviours listed in the tool items are formulated based on literature review.
The Teacher Nomination Guide on Students’ Entrepreneurial Talent Characteristics represents an instrument co-created by CoTalent teachers and students, in order to help teachers to spot students with above average entrepreneurial capacities. The Entrepreneurial characteristics were formulated based on literature review and have been tested and validated. This tool is structured as a nomination guide-list and serves the purpose of screening to an entire class of students.
The Questionnaire Students Entrepreneurial Behaviour is an instrument aiming to help teachers in assessing students on behaviors that are characteristic of potentially talented entrepreneurs. Also, this instrument can guide students for entrepreneurial talent self-evaluation.
This instrument represents a validated measurement scale for entrepreneurial orientation elaborated in an international research context, by Schmidt et al. (2018).
